Jamie Dalferes has over 15 years of wide ranging experience in Learning and Development in a diverse set of industries including medical, telecommunications, multi-family and service. She has direct experience in strategic planning, Instructional design, facilitation and coaching. She received her Masters of Education in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University, and holds Bachelors degrees in Communications and Education from Texas Wesleyan University and University of Texas Arlington respectively. Jamie currently works as the Regional VP of Learning and Talent Development for Lincoln Property Company specializing in the creation and implementation of Associate centered training programs which aid in creating a culture of continuous development and improvement.
